1. A2 Ghee Moong Dal Halwa

🍚 Ingredients:
  • 1 cup Moong Dal (soaked and ground)

  • ½ cup Puro Miles A2 Bilona Ghee

  • ¾ cup organic jaggery or sugar

  • 2 cups full-fat milk

  • Cardamom, dry fruits

Method:
  1. Roast the ground moong dal in A2 ghee until golden and aromatic.

  2. Slowly add milk and stir continuously to avoid lumps.

  3. Add jaggery, cardamom, and nuts.

  4. Cook until the halwa thickens and ghee separates.

2.Akshaya Tritiya Special Rice Kheer

🍚 Ingredients:
  • 1/4 cup basmati rice (washed and soaked for 30 mins)

  • 1 litre full-fat milk

  • 4-5 tbsp Puro Miles Jaggery (grated or powdered)

  • 2 tbsp Puro Miles A2 Bilona Ghee

  • A pinch of Puro Miles Rock Salt (optional – enhances taste)

  • 4-5 cardamom pods (crushed)

  • Chopped nuts (almonds, cashews, pistachios)

  • Saffron strands (optional)


Method
  1. Soak the rice in water for 30 minutes. Drain.

  2. In a heavy-bottomed pan, boil milk and reduce it slightly on low flame.

  3. Add soaked rice and cook on low flame, stirring occasionally, until the rice is soft and milk thickens.

  4. In a small pan, heat A2 ghee and lightly fry the chopped nuts.

  5. Add fried nuts, cardamom, and saffron to the kheer.

  6. Once cooked, turn off the flame and allow it to cool slightly before adding Puro Miles jaggery (this prevents curdling).

  7. Mix well and offer warm or chilled as Naivedyam (prasad) to Laxmi Ji.

3. Desi Khand Peda (No Refined Sugar)

  1. Heat khoya in a pan until soft.

  2. Add desi khand and mix well.

  3. Cook until the mixture thickens and leaves the pan sides.

  4. Let it cool, shape into pedas, and garnish.

4. Panakam – Traditional Summer Drink

  • 1 litre water

  • Lemon juice, dry ginger powder, cardamom

Method:
  1. Dissolve jaggery in water and strain.

  2. Add rock salt, spices, and lemon juice.
