Refined oils are basically clear, odourless, and flavourless liquids. These regular refined oils are made using chemical solvents and high-speed machinery, where the temperature can rise to nearly 100°C. Such high heat damages the oil’s natural taste and nutrients. This process can also create trans fats, making these oils harmful for heart health. In contrast, our cold-pressed oils are produced by slowly pressing and crushing seeds at temperatures below 50°C. Although this method takes more time, it helps preserve the oil’s natural aroma, flavour, and nutrients.
