At Puro Miles, we ensure that your pure, natural, and traditionally processed products reach you safely and on time. Please read our shipping guidelines below.

1. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • During high-volume periods (festivals, sales), processing may take slightly longer.

2. Shipping Time & Delivery

  • We ship across India through trusted courier partners.

  • Estimated delivery time:

    • Metro Cities: 2–5 business days

    • Non-Metro Cities: 5–7 business days

    • Remote Locations: 7–10 business days

  • You will receive an SMS/WHATSAPP/Email with tracking details once your order is dispatched.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping on Prepaid/COD orders above Rs 1000

  • Standard shipping fee applies to all other orders and will be visible at checkout

4. Order Tracking

  • Once shipped, you will receive a tracking link.

  • You can track your order anytime until delivery.

  • For any tracking issues, you can contact our customer support.

5. Address & Delivery Issues

  • Please ensure the correct and complete address is provided.
    Puro Miles will not be responsible for orders lost due to incorrect/incomplete address.

  • If the courier is unable to deliver due to customer unavailability, the package may be returned.
    Re-shipping charges may apply.

  • All items are securely packed to prevent leakage, breakage, or damage during transit.

  • Food and body care products are packed in eco-friendly, hygienic, and safe packaging.
